Welcome to the digital home of Flowtide Decor. When you click "purchase," you aren't just buying a piece of paper; you're entering a binding agreement for curated decor. We use secure gateways because your financial safety matters as much as your aesthetic taste. Have you checked your cart twice? All transactions are processed in USD.
We're strictly a no-nonsense studio. While we try to keep inventory live, sometimes a masterpiece sells in our NYC shop seconds before you click online. In these rare cases, we'll reach out to offer a swap or a full, immediate refund. No hard feelings.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping delicate art is a science. We pack every frame with the care of a museum curator. However, once that box leaves 195 South 4th Street, it's in the hands of the transit gods. We've spent 12 years perfecting our crates, but accidents happen. If your glass arrives in pieces, we'll fix it.
Note: International customers are responsible for all customs fees and local import taxes. Don't blame us, we don't write the tax codes!
3. Bespoke Framing Liabilities
Custom framing is permanent. Is your artwork fragile? We require full disclosure of the item's condition before the mounting process begins. Flowtide Decor isn't liable for pre-existing flaws hidden under old mats or inherent instabilities in vintage materials. We treat your art with kid gloves. Literally.
4. Returns & Curated Art Policy
Custom Items
Once a frame is cut to your specifications, it's yours. We cannot accept returns on custom-length moldings or bespoke mounting projects.
Curated Prints
Unframed prints may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original roll and untouched condition. We'll deduct a 15% restocking fee.
